Welcome to Project4All! These Terms of Service govern your use of our services, including our programs, volunteer opportunities, donations, and other activities related to our mission. By engaging with Project4All, whether through donations, volunteering, or participating in our programs, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

Project4All provides:

  • Shelter and support services for individuals facing homelessness, including the operation of men's and women's halfway homes.

  • Food delivery services through our food run, providing meals to those in need across the Costa Blanca

  • Volunteer opportunities where individuals can contribute time and resources to support the community

  • Donations and fundraising efforts to sustain and expand our mission of providing refuge, nourishment, and rehabilitation to those in need.

  • Partnerships and collaborations with local businesses and organizations to further support our cause.
     

We are dedicated to delivering human-centered solutions for the homeless and disadvantaged in our community. Please read these terms carefully to understand our policies and your role in supporting Project4All’s work.

Volunteering

Volunteer Commitment

Volunteering with Project4All is an essential part of our work. When you sign up to volunteer, you are committing to a role that helps us serve those in need. Volunteers are expected to:

 

  • Follow the guidelines provided for each role, ensuring consistency and quality in our services.

  • Be punctual and reliable, as we depend on your participation.

  • Treat everyone with respect and empathy.

  • Understand that your time and efforts contribute directly to the lives of others.

Scheduling and Availability

To ensure smooth operations, we require volunteers to commit to specific shifts or tasks. If you are unable to attend a scheduled shift, please notify us in advance. We depend on your participation to make sure our services are available to those in need.

Donations and Payments

Donation Methods

We accept donations via credit card (through Stripe) and bank transfers. Donations can be made one-time or as recurring monthly support.

Refund Policy for Donations

  • One-time donations: These are non-refundable, as they are used immediately to support our operations. 

  • Recurring donations: Can be canceled at any time by notifying us. Refunds for past payments are not available.

Code of Conduct

We strive to maintain a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for everyone involved in Project4All’s activities. By participating in our programs, volunteering, or attending events, you agree to:
 

  • Treat all individuals with dignity, respect, and kindness.

  • Follow safety guidelines and comply with any rules set forth by Project4All.

  • Refrain from disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior, which will not be tolerated.

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in removal from an event, program, or volunteer position without a refund or further participation.
 

Liability

Your Responsibility

Project4All may recommend or work with third-party service providers (e.g., social services, housing providers). However, any agreements you enter into with these third parties are your responsibility. We do not control or endorse their services and are not liable for their performance.

Liability for Damages or Harm

Project4All is not responsible for any injury, illness, or damage caused to individuals during our activities or programs. Our goal is to create a safe environment, but participation is at your own risk.

Controlled Substances

Project4All prohibits the use of illegal substances during any of our events or activities. Individuals caught violating this policy will be removed immediately, and Project4All will not be held responsible for any legal consequences.

Privacy and Data Protection

When you engage with Project4All, we collect personal information necessary to process donations, volunteer applications, and event registrations. By engaging with us, you consent to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your information will be used and protected. Your data will be stored securely and will only be shared with trusted partners involved in our programs.

Intellectual Property

Project4All reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued participation in our programs or engagement with our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
