Moving Forward Together

We are delighted that Arne is now back and is once again leading the way in driving our mission forward and supporting those experiencing homelessness and others in need.

The past six months have been a significant learning experience for everyone involved. We are deeply grateful to everyone who stood by us during this challenging period. Your continued support, encouragement, and belief in our work have meant more than words can express.

As a result of what we have learned, we have decided to restructure Project 4 All to ensure the long-term sustainability of our work and to provide greater clarity in how we operate.

Going forward, our activities will be divided into two distinct areas:

1. Project 4 All – Our Core Mission

This remains the heart of everything we do: our daily food runs and the day-to-day support we provide to people experiencing homelessness and others in need.

2. Crickets Corner

This will include our house-clearance service and our weekly rastros (markets).

To maintain complete transparency, 100% of all monetary donations made to Project 4 All will continue to be used solely to fund our core charitable activities.

Income generated through Crickets Corner will provide Arne with a sustainable income for managing and developing this side of the operation, while also supporting his personal living expenses. This structure ensures that our charitable donations remain dedicated entirely to Project 4 All’s core mission, while allowing Crickets Corner to operate as a self-sustaining social enterprise.

Any non-monetary items donated specifically to Project 4 All will be sold where appropriate, with all proceeds returned directly to the Project to support our charitable work.

We have also introduced a modest stipend for those members of the team who are beneficiaries of the Project and who undertake our daily food distribution runs. This initiative aligns with the wider objectives of both parts of the Project: to create meaningful work opportunities for people experiencing hardship, while providing a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment in which they can build confidence, develop skills, and establish themselves within the local community.

These changes will strengthen Project 4 All, ensuring we can continue to serve our community with transparency, accountability, and compassion for many years to come.
