In a powerful act of community solidarity, local supermarkets Consum and MasyMas have come together to donate food to Project 4 All, a local charity dedicated to helping individuals and families in need.

The initiative has already delivered hundreds of kilos of essential groceries — from non-perishable staples to fresh produce — directly into the hands of those who need it most. As demand for food support continues to rise, this generous donation couldn’t come at a better time.

“At Consum, we believe in giving back to the community that supports us,” said a Consum spokesperson. “Partnering with MasyMas and Project 4 All is our way of standing up for those facing food insecurity.”

MasyMas echoed that sentiment. “No one should have to worry about their next meal. Supporting Project 4 All is about making sure every table has food on it,” said a representative from MasyMas.

The donations from both supermarkets are now being distributed through Project 4 All’s network, helping families across the region meet their basic needs with dignity and care.

“These partnerships are life-changing for the people we serve,” said Andres Torres, the Secretary of the Project and the prime driver behind this initiative. “Thanks to Consum and MasyMas, we’re able to put food on the table for hundreds of families this week. Local companies can make a huge difference and we encourage any company to support the community through our Partnership Program. Whether it's food, furniture, time, or funding- there's a way your business can help. Local impact, Shared values"

Together, through simple acts of generosity, we’re building a stronger, more compassionate community — one meal at a time.
